We do not ship to countries outside the UK. If you’re an International Customer, please contact us via info@thrivepetfoods.com and we will be happy to provide our International stockist information.

How long until my delivery arrives?

All orders received before 1pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched during the next working day.

Orders to mainland UK will be delivered in 3-4 working days after dispatch. Please allow 5 days for delivery of your orders to non-mainland UK.

Christmas Delivery

For deliveries before Christmas, orders must be placed by 1pm on the 20th December 2024.

Orders received after then, will not be dispatched until the 2nd January 2025.
