We hope your furry friend enjoys our delicious and nutritious cat and dog food. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your thrive pet foods purchase for a full refund or exchange.
What can be returned?
- You can return any unopened and undamaged product within 30 days of purchase.
- If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@thrivepetfoods.com and we will arrange a replacement order.
What can't be returned?
- Opened or damaged items cannot be returned, unless the damage occurred during shipping.
- We cannot accept returns for food that has expired or is past its best before date.
How to return an item
- Please contact our customer service team at info@thrivepetfoods.com or in our contact form to request a return authorization.
- Once you have received a return authorization, please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the return authorization form with your shipment.
- Ship the item back to us at the following address:

Shipping costs
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds and exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges will be shipped to the original shipping address.
